Purchases and renewals

Each software option is $499 to purchase and $199 per year to renew. There is no long-term commitment, and renewing each year is optional. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Onboarding and setup

To set up your software and bank product enrollment, you must complete the onboarding form with accurate information. Setup timelines depend on receiving complete information and on approval by the software and bank product providers. Bank product enrollment is subject to the bank’s approval.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining your own PTIN, EFIN and any credentials required to prepare and file returns, for complying with IRS and state requirements, and for keeping your login details private.

SMS terms

• Program: Eleve Pro Software customer and inquiry messages (onboarding reminders, account notices, support replies and, if you agree, product updates).
• How to join: Check the text consent box on our website form, say yes in our website chat, or text a keyword such as SOFTWARE to +1CHANGE_ME. When you text a keyword, we reply with a few questions about your inquiry and ask before sending any follow-up texts.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
• Help: Reply HELP, call (682) 699-1610 or email info@eleveprosoftware.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
