After checkout you’ll create a password for your onboarding portal and start your onboarding form right away. You’ll also get an email with a link, in case you need to finish later. Once you submit, our team reviews your information and sets up your software and bank enrollment.

Have these ready: your PTIN, EFIN and IRS e-file application tracking number, the EFIN owner’s Social Security number and date of birth, a photo of the owner’s state ID (front and back), and the bank account where your fees should be deposited.
Your portal uses an encrypted connection. Sensitive details like Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and photo IDs are encrypted when stored, and only authorized Eleve Pro team members can view them.
