Who we are
Eleve Pro Software (“we,” “us”) sells and supports professional tax software for tax preparation businesses. You can reach us at info@eleveprosoftware.com or (682) 699-1610.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, business name, email and phone number.
- Purchase details from our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number.
- Onboarding information needed to set up your software and bank product enrollment, such as your PTIN, EFIN, IRS tracking number, the EFIN owner’s Social Security number and date of birth, photo ID images, business details and bank account information.
- Messages you send us by email, text, our website chat, or Instagram and Facebook messages, and basic technical data such as your IP address. Our website chat keeps a random chat ID in your browser so your conversation is there when you come back.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, process your purchase, set up your software and bank enrollment, provide support, send account and renewal notices, and, if you agree, send you updates about our products.
Chat
Our chat assistant answers common questions using answers written by our team and passes other questions to a person. If we turn on automated answers, your question may be processed by an AI service provider only to write a reply from our approved answers.
How we protect it
Our website and portal use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Sensitive onboarding information, including Social Security numbers, bank account numbers and photo IDs, is encrypted when stored. Only authorized team members can view it, and we keep a log when they do.
Who we share it with
We share onboarding information only with the software provider and bank product provider needed to set up your service, and with service providers that help us run our business (such as payment processing, email and text messaging), under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in, we may text you about your inquiry, purchase, onboarding and account. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your purchase and account.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you are a customer and as needed to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations, then delete it securely.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@eleveprosoftware.com.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
